How long will shipping take?
If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1 or 2 business days.
After sending the parcel, we will send a tracking number to your email address. If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking number from us, please check your spam folder or contact customer support at solace-fit@europe.com.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact customer support at solace-fit@europe.com.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once the has been shipped. But if you would like to change or cancel your order please contact our customer support at solace-fit@europe.com as soon as possible and we will let you know if there is anything they can do.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. We also accept Apple Pay.
As of now, we do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments in any country we deliver to.
How do I enter a gift card or discount code?
If you would like to use a gift card or discount code against your order please proceed to checkout and enter the code in the box. If your discount code is valid it will automatically deduct from the items in your cart at checkout.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived, please firstly check your tracking link which can be found in your despatch email for any further information from the delivery provider.
